Talked with the salesman Jason over the phone about bringing in a trade and purchasing an f150. Very easy and fast responses when dealing with him, deal went fast and smooth, paperwork was ready upon a bringing in a trade and purchasing an f150. Jason and the sales team were great to deal with. Knowledgeable, approachable and up front- a great experience there. Service and support on next steps from financing and pick-up could have been be Knowledgeable, approachable and up front- a great experience there. Service and support on next steps from financing and pick-up could have been better as it was not really existent and some touch ups to the vehicle were not completed for pick up and will require another visit. Overall a satisfactory experience but the sales team made every effort to make things smooth where they could which I really appreciated. More
