Very bad experience Went in for service due -still getting service overdue in my car.I was told they would call me when it is ready. The service agent Adrien called me tw Went in for service due -still getting service overdue in my car.I was told they would call me when it is ready. The service agent Adrien called me twice without leaving a message and I kept calling back .But no one could tell me whether the car was ready or they had a question.I spent the whole day just for oil change?? Usually with the Leaside BMW I spend 2-3 hours for this service and get excelllent care. I even get a call about my experience but with this place i got no calls. More

Morris was extremely helpful in trying to help us find the best fit. What we liked most was the fact that he insisted we try the vehicle we wanted to purchase before we spoke about the price. As the vehicle was not available at the time, we rescheduled another day and he made sure the car was available to test drive. Once we knew we liked the way the car drove, we sat down and talked about the price. At no point did he push us to purchase a car and always gave his honest opinion on what features we should get that would best suit us. He is also very quick with emails, which is often easier than calling. More

Tired of the sales gimmicks Was looking to purchase a 2018 X1 from our local dealer. Walk in so we were introduced to Mr. Gelbfarb. Discussed options, drove the car advised we Was looking to purchase a 2018 X1 from our local dealer. Walk in so we were introduced to Mr. Gelbfarb. Discussed options, drove the car advised we were looking at Lexus, Mercedez as well and would be in touch, almost four hours in total to do this. Decided to negotiate on the X1 and had the misfortune of dealing with Mr. Gelbfarb. He didn't like a client who had numbers and after declining the up-sell for the protection packages his comment was people think thy are so smart these days. Smart enough to know the msrp prices he quoted suddenly changed to cost when looking for a deduction as well as the high pressure we need to act fast to secure a standard white model and put down a deposit. After speaking with two other dealers found they were much more upfront and better pricing. No contact by T&C management other than them forwarding the review to Mr. Gelbfarb. More
