I would give this Antonio Leung no star if possible. I would'nt hire him in a junkyard, if you ask me! That is why I own a BMW. This guy must have been working there for a long time and gets away with allot of awful work habbits, with seniority privileges. Makes the management in this location looks so bad, If you get this guy to consult you, you'll wonder how a company like BMW have a guy like this, represent them. From now on, I will take my vehicle to a real BWM dealership. To other future customers, I suggest you do the same! It will save you time, stress and regret. -Connor Mckenzie More

I called BMW Markham inquiring about an x3, and was specific about the interior and exterior colour I wanted. Michelle F. at BMW Markham looked after me and stayed in close contact with me calling me specific about the interior and exterior colour I wanted. Michelle F. at BMW Markham looked after me and stayed in close contact with me calling me every few days over a period of a month and gave me an update on the differemt x3's that came into the dealership. I went to look at a used car that they had posted online and dealt with Steve Choi (used car sales manager). The experience in the beginning was already bad. He did not introduce himself nor did he ask for and dealt with Steve Choi (used car sales manager). The experience in the beginning was already bad. He did not introduce himself nor did he ask for my name. He is THE rudest person ive ever dealt with. There were some issues on the car that i pointed out and he just told me to leave if i dont want to buy it. Keep in mind, hes the manager. Those issues i pointed out, i ended up having to fix anyways. As a change, i bought a mercedes across the street a month later and it was the best experience ive ever had. I would give Steve Choi a zero star if i could. More

Went in to the pre-owned department. No one seemed to care for our business. Many sales people seemed like they didn't care. Only talking among themselves. Hard to get a hold of them. Once you showed int care for our business. Many sales people seemed like they didn't care. Only talking among themselves. Hard to get a hold of them. Once you showed interested in a vehicle their demeanor completely changes. Immediately ignored details on the vehicle we were interested in and tried to up sell to vehicles almost 2x our budget. Went to BMW toronto and they were glad to serve us. Definitely avoid this dealership. More

My need for a new BMW was onhold for nearly a year, but Michelle kept me infor sales consultant Michelle Fung has been amazing in the entire process. My need for a new BMW was onhold for nearly a year, but Michelle kept me informed of sales events and provided me with quotes throughout the entire year. Sales manager Mac Shen and Lance were also very helpful as well. Overall a very good experience with BMW Markham. I am shocked with the service named under BMW at this location You guys won’t believe this is true happened to me and BMW dealer lol My engine light on 2018 BMW X3 and booked appointment .they checked location You guys won’t believe this is true happened to me and BMW dealer lol My engine light on 2018 BMW X3 and booked appointment .they checked said some parts need be replaced. Later on said parts need about two weeks to order . I am waiting and waiting no body call . One month later I call them and booked service. You can’t believe what’ they said “ it’s over one month your parts replacement request was refused by over two weeks policy. What?????? I suggest BMW take your service warranty off when you sell your car . If you do so I am happy with the car itself. Cheap dealer at Kennedy/HW7 BMW dealer I still like the brand but not this dealer Too too cheap. More
