We contacted the dealer online and discussed which vehicles we'd like to see. When we got there, Brad took good care of his. His friendly demeanour put us at ease. He is highly knowledgeable on the cars they have for sale and there is no pressure to buy one car over another or any car for that matter. We got a fair price on our trade in and everyone there ensured along the way that we were comfortable with the process. Tim handled the paperwork expertly and then got the insurance agent there to finalize the last aspect needed. He too was friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few hours we were new car owners. We wanted some mats for the car and Brad also sourced those for us after the sale and followed up quickly. All in all, a great experience and one we'd highly recommend. More
