In 2002, Gord Pedersen and Dan Gagnon founded Auto Gallery of Winnipeg, hoping to revolutionize the general perception of the used car industry. Both men had begun their car sales careers working for large manufacturer dealerships, and they decided to combine their many years of experience and strike out on their own.
As Gord retired, Dan created a plan for a community-minded auto dealership that people would find worthy of not only repeat business, but also of referring their friends and family members. "The repeat and referral business has been integral to our success as a dealership" Gagnon says. The number-one source of advertising is through Auto Gallery's customers. Recognizing Auto Gallery's excellence, Auto Canada purchased the dealership in 2022 to grow and replicate this unique and highly successful template.

We continue to go back because of the quality of the vehicles, great prices & amazing people! We don't know a lot about cars, so we rely on the great people at Auto Gallery to help us out. Larry Groom is extremely helpful, he understands my need to 'crunch numbers' and think about the purchase, and has never put any pressure on us. Thank you Larry! Julie was great as usual and made the financing portion painless. Quinton showed me how the parking assist works;good thing because I was too nervous to try it! We also spoke with Nathan, John & a number of support staff. Thank you to everyone for making our experience a great one. Love my Jeep! Will see you all again in a couple of years. More

Looked after by Steven, had our satisfaction #one priority Steven came in even on his day off when we were at the auto gallery to assist us on a Hyundai we were interested in. There were several issues after Steven came in even on his day off when we were at the auto gallery to assist us on a Hyundai we were interested in. There were several issues after we purchased the car and Steven looked after it promptly..Not knowing the various features on the newer cars I think I would have looked for back-up camera/back up warning and driver electric seat adjustment. We would see Steven if we decide to get another vehicle with these other features More

Great service from Steven Wintemute Steven at Auto Gallery was very friendly we never felt rushed. He went out of his way to ask our needs and give us options. He worked on a trade in fo Steven at Auto Gallery was very friendly we never felt rushed. He went out of his way to ask our needs and give us options. He worked on a trade in for us without us asking, and worked around our availability and timeline. We were not rushed and there was no deadline to have the test drive van returned. To meet our needs a remote starter and rubber mats we're added without any problems. We'll be seeing Steven again in another year when we need a replacement for our other vehicle.
