At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. I was able to think about all of the information at my leisure and make a decision on my own terms. The advice provided was not based on increasing profits but on creating value and finding the right solution for us. Despite having a clear concept of what I wanted when entering Autogallery, it was important to Jaime that I had other similar SUVs to compare it to to ensure that I had a baseline to compare and contrast from. He could have easily sold me that first SUV on the spot closing the deal quickly and then moving on to the next prospect. He answered every question that we had and connected with us on a personal level. It made the experience that much easier and I left knowing I had made the right purchase with the right team.
