I only bought from Seattle Hyundai because they had the color of vehicle I wanted. I know it was a busy time, but my salesperson Zia did the bare minimum, didn’t even offer me water. He couldn’t even mai color of vehicle I wanted. I know it was a busy time, but my salesperson Zia did the bare minimum, didn’t even offer me water. He couldn’t even mail my license plates after repeatedly telling me he did. It took 3 weeks and multiple calls and e-mails until another employee could figure it out. I hope to never set foot in this dealership again. More

Everything was fine until they delivered me a dirty car. My sales guy gave the detail guys the wrong key. The gm (David) followed up and made promises that he never kept or follow up with (asked if i would remove my google review on gentlemens word that he would make good. So i did and he didn't). Which was just icing on the cake after that point. Would have been a 5 star review if I had a clean vehicle. The vehicle should have never been on the lot for sale in that condition More
