I only bought from Seattle Hyundai because they had the color of vehicle I wanted. I know it was a busy time, but my salesperson Zia did the bare minimum, didn’t even offer me water. He couldn’t even mai color of vehicle I wanted. I know it was a busy time, but my salesperson Zia did the bare minimum, didn’t even offer me water. He couldn’t even mail my license plates after repeatedly telling me he did. It took 3 weeks and multiple calls and e-mails until another employee could figure it out. I hope to never set foot in this dealership again. More

This dealership has multiple questionable practices like charging $499 for a "security package" (aka etching a few things that likely costs the dealer $30) that is basically useless as any auto insurance al charging $499 for a "security package" (aka etching a few things that likely costs the dealer $30) that is basically useless as any auto insurance already covers theft. They also push more than $5000 in extended warranty coverage and try to downplay Hyundai's "industry's best warranty" having you initial and sign to deny their obscenely expensive extended warranty coverage. This dealership is owned by the Walen family that has a long reputation of sleazy dealings and complaints. So buyer beware. More

The price for my vehicle I think was very competitively sound. They even honored the discounts I would have gotten with trading my car. This was a very much appreciated and made the hassle of working with multiple dealers at the same time palatable. And this is just fluff but you know how a lot of dealers put stickers on your car? Bought 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid N line from this dealership. Confirmed the car was available before visiting. Upon visiting, waited 40 minutes just to be sat down and the sales rep Zia to go find th dealership. Confirmed the car was available before visiting. Upon visiting, waited 40 minutes just to be sat down and the sales rep Zia to go find the car. He couldn't find the car so he offered the same car in same color for me to test drive. During the pricing process, Zia was given the pricing sheet from the manager named T. We discussed the discrepancy in the tax amount because the paper and the calculation showed I was being taxed on the doc fee and licensing/titling fee which is wrong. I then went to T and asked why those two items are being taxed and if that is correct. He agreed with me that they shouldn't be taxed and said the pricing sheet has no credibility, forget about it. As a customer, it is not professional nor accurate to be shown false and inaccurate pricing sheet as the customer is the one paying. T showed me his program he uses to calculate the tax. I agreed with the amount on the computer and proceeded with the transaction. I waited over an hour for finance manager. It was already past 9pm at this point. I had been at the dealership since 6pm. I said I will come back tomorrow to sign and the car be available for pick up. Zia promised to have the car ready. Zia did give me a loaner for me to drive as I did not have a car. I thanked him for that. Next day, Zia calls me at the dealership and says he cannot find the car and that I come on the following day. I said no, I am coming at the promised time and that he needs to go find the car. How can the car be missing? It shouldn't be that difficult to find the car. Then Zia tells me not to rush him and that if I don't want to buy the car, then don't buy the car. At this point, the dealership had already applied for the loan. I received the credit check alert. The loan is approved. How unprofessional and rude of Zia to say that and not find the car. I still went to the dealership, Zia finally found the car and I met with the finance manager to sign. I'd say this has to be the most difficult car buying process. Not to mention the dealership waiting area was dirty, Keurig machine was not filled with water, and the staff looked unorganized as they could not find the car for several hours. Also Zia mentioned that the hyundai bluelink app is complimentary for 3 years. For 2024 models, it is actually complimentary for lifetime. He gives false information. Buyers, do your own research, double check the fees and taxed, don't trust the sales rep. More
