The people were nice and seemed to try but were not knowledgeable or trained. We brought an ionic 5. The major problems were: 1 - there is a tax credit if we spend less than 44k on an ev. Your people did not understand that and even though it was less than 44k we found out after everything was signed from the finance person that it did not qualify because your 7500 discount was a rebate. So that cost over $1000. Very very disappointing. 2 - We had to wait way to much. About an hour from coming to a deal to signing the papers. Also all the waiting from the sales person having to get approval and answers. 3 - when going through the purchase we picked a car out from your inventory and then you pulled it up to test drive and you pulled up a higher model. Kind of a bait and switch. 4 - the training and setup on all the features was non existent, would have been nice to set us up on all the Web sites and features. So the net is right now I would highly recommend against going to your dealership. As for the car after 2 days it seems good but ask me in a couple years. More

My sole suggestion for the Salesperson is to assist customers by offering an overview of the features included with each car and clarifying the distinctions between various trim levels, rather than sol customers by offering an overview of the features included with each car and clarifying the distinctions between various trim levels, rather than solely focusing on promoting sales. Before handing over the keys for a new car, the salesperson should ensure that all additional equipment mentioned in the car poster is present and accounted for. Apart from that I like the help from Finance and Sales department for helping with Trade off old car and buying new car. More

We came to the dealership with no idea of the actual car we wanted to buy. Mohamed was very patient with us and helped us find the right car for us. Ryan made the finance process go very smoothly. Friendly. That's about it. Beyond that they are irresponsibly uninformed. My partner and I realized we were lied to by the staff about the Clean Vehicle Tax That's about it. Beyond that they are irresponsibly uninformed. My partner and I realized we were lied to by the staff about the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit eligibility of the Hyundai Tucson Plug-In Hybrid SEL. The staff are friendly but are almost maliciously incompetent for being severely misinformed about their cars manufacturing and refusing to take responsibility. This was like a scam, considering we are likely not the first people to be victims of this, since they tell everyone asking about this that this applies to their tax return, despite it actually being supposed to be immediate. They also don't know their vehicle manufacturing, their laws, or how to do their jobs. Then they have the nerve to blame you for believing their lies; borderline predatory business behavior. We adore the car itself, but we find it hard to be happy with a car we were lured and trapped into. All this without even an apology for the misinformation (that we helped clear), much less any compensation. We are crushed after days spent trying to reach the team too busy to help us, that we can't even return the car or receive any help at all for their collective lie that costs $7500. Go somewhere more educated on hybrids/EV laws. More
