Simple headlight replacement I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appoi I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appointment. The car was done in about an hour which included a wash. That was great. I will say I had a minor issue using the chat feature the day before I brought the car in. I had chatted with a rep to ask whether I should just use Express Service or schedule an appointment. They took my phone and said someone would call me about my question, but nobody ever did. It didn't really affect this particular service need, but the failure to follow through really surprised me as I've always had excellent service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More

Mark Miller Subaru service is the best! I believe that Mark Miller Subaru has the very best service! I arrived early, and was met by Tom Francis, a service adviser I have known for quite awh I believe that Mark Miller Subaru has the very best service! I arrived early, and was met by Tom Francis, a service adviser I have known for quite awhile. He greeted me by name (!) which is amazing since he sees so many people, and quickly took the needed information about my visit. He contacted Uber for me since there was not a shuttle driver available and I was taken home while my vehicle was being serviced. I told him that my digital spedometer was out and he went right to the problem and showed me how to bring it back up! He was so knowledgeable and when I returned, again via Uber, he quickly went over the 30,000 mile service I received, accepted payment and I was on my way. He is the best and a great asset to Mark Miller Service! Please thank him for me! More

Great service for my Outback! I needed an oil change and tire rotation and they did a fantastic job. Courtesy and very quick service! In my opinion, Mark Miller Subaru, midtown, is the best dealership that I have dealt with! Dylan in the Service Department was quick and efficient with my checkout and Tom Francis greeted me BY NAME when I entered the dealership!
