Kudos Service Dept. Tom Francis was my service advisor. He took the time to explain my front brake needs. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He has always gone the "extra mile." Thanks for getting me safely back on the road. Also, I had a rock chip repair while waiting. I wanted to avoid a rock chip turning into an entire windshield replacement. They handles things for me, and contacted my insurance to cover the repair....I appreciated it. Thanks again. bought a lemon 1. In 2014, I bought a 2011 Forester with 24,494 miles on it. This vehicle was well maintained by me. 2. At 72,141 miles, the cam carriers were l 1. In 2014, I bought a 2011 Forester with 24,494 miles on it. This vehicle was well maintained by me. 2. At 72,141 miles, the cam carriers were leaking. Subaru of America gave me $1400 towards a $1735 repair. I understand there is a Class Action for the gaskets. 3. At 74,500 miles I hear a rattle and am told I need a new engine. Subaru of America offers $1500. I was told that this engine issue had "nothing to do" with the previously leaking gaskets and to "plead my class" with SOA....thanks for advocating for me. This is the second Subaru I have owned that did not make it to the hoped for, "at Least" 200,000. Back to Toyota's for me. More

Once Tom Francis got involved all was great!! Tom took care of all my needs and problems also had my emissions done and tire problem fixed. . Should have waited for him in the first place, that Tom took care of all my needs and problems also had my emissions done and tire problem fixed. . final contract oil change and tire rotation I was informed that this service call was the last of the service contract that covered oil changes and tire rotations. It was a good service with al I was informed that this service call was the last of the service contract that covered oil changes and tire rotations. It was a good service with all charges up front. It is good to know that there will be charges for any future oil changes. The first day I came in for service I was told that there would be a 2 and a half wait. I decided to come back the next day and got right in. Total service time was about 20 minutes and I got a free carwash with the service. More
