Couldn’t ask for better service for diagnosing my noise concern. Even though it was covered under my ESP plan Klaben Service Dept still went above & beyond exceptional service including finding & repairing concern. Even though it was covered under my ESP plan Klaben Service Dept still went above & beyond exceptional service including finding & repairing other issue that they saw that I was not aware of. So nice in this day & age to still have a company who takes pride & concern in treating the customer right. I always have peace of mind that the work is done right! Thank you! More

A blessing ! ! When my engine light first came on, I asap called Klaben, spoke with Tom A and he was on top of it! Excellent service, made sure tow truck was pi ! When my engine light first came on, I asap called Klaben, spoke with Tom A and he was on top of it! Excellent service, made sure tow truck was picking up my car, Tom had someone from Klaben come and pick up me, so I could get a rental, all in that early evening. I told Tom , I trust him and Mike B with my car care. And thanks to Mona for everyday or so, giving me an update with my car. Feels like family!
