I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. My car is an older model, and often when I bring it in for its regular maintenance, there is something else that needs to be addressed. Mona has a great working relationship with the Technicians, and she for its regular maintenance, there is something else that needs to be addressed. Mona has a great working relationship with the Technicians, and she always makes sure that nothing it needs is over looked and everything that is done to it is done correctly. I have unconditional trust in Mona. She is knowledgeable, conscientious, and just flat out the best service advisor I have ever had help me. More
