I take my company's Ford fleet vehicles here on a regular basis. I have worked mostly with Joe French (and sometimes Mona Crooks) over the last five years. Mona was my service rep, and she did a great job explaining the issue on my car, and updating me on the status of the work, price, etc... The shuttle service was also very helpful, and the drivers (Billy and Randy) were very nice and professional.
