I called in to schedule my service as usual and requested a 65K maintenance check along with a loaner since I live 45 miles away. She mentioned the maintenance would be done in an hour and no loaner is neede a 65K maintenance check along with a loaner since I live 45 miles away. She mentioned the maintenance would be done in an hour and no loaner is needed - which seemed odd. I asked her what if an issue is identified it requires longer than an hour, she mentioned they'd schedule me in later for another appointment- again seemed odd that I'd have to drive twice. Finally, when I show up for my appt, I discover that I was scheduled an express maintenance. I was in utter shock, I was never told that I was being scheduled for this, the scheduled did not mention this. Again, they found 4 issues and requested I come back later and apologized when i mentioned my experience of not selecting express with my consent. Also, when I take a car for maintenance, I expect most issues to be fixed in one visit rather than coming back for a longer visit - think about emissions and how many hours I'd have to waste driving back and forth. Also, they don't have car detailing option nor they vacuum the car. Again, I don't expect them to be free- I am open to paying whatever the amount is. But not even having that option at an AUDI service center is a joke!! Not going back to Maple Hill Auto anymore. Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered for a premium car. Do yourself a favor and driver to Grand Rapids or South Bend. Their service pick up is another failure, I was schedule for noon and then told the deriver might either be away for lunch or somewhere else- only to discover he was in Battle Creek, which is an hour away from Kzoo. I was just sitting ducks at the dealership for an hour. More
