For an additional cost per month I was sold into a maintenance agreement would cover all checkups for the life of the lease. I was informed on Tuesday that my maintenance agreement expired in Apri maintenance agreement would cover all checkups for the life of the lease. I was informed on Tuesday that my maintenance agreement expired in April. The lease is not up until October (24). When I requested that the additional fee be removed from the lease payment I was handed a cancellation form. I was then informed that even if I submitted a form for cancellation I would not receive a decrease in my monthly payment and that it would be handled at the end of lease when the lease expired. With 15 months remaining on a lease I have to pay for maintenance agreement that I am no longer eligible to receive. More

The service department was able to get me in via the express lane on a very busy Saturday and get the vehicle back to me same day.
