An amazing team! I was traveling with my family when we had issues with the DEF system. With only 50 miles remaining before shutdown we visited this location. The ser I was traveling with my family when we had issues with the DEF system. With only 50 miles remaining before shutdown we visited this location. The service team had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. I can’t say thank you enough! More

Service department seems to always be on top of things. Nice large lobby and comfortable waiting area. Service always performed as expected. My only real commentary is around the availability of necessary parts - one for a recall and one for front tires. Recall - my truck was there May of last year for the recall but the parts were not available, and there was a question of whether the parts were available for this visit - turns out they were. Front tires for my 3500 had to be ordered from Charlotte. Just seems odd those wouldn't be very readily available. More
