I bought a used 2018 truck at Acess Ford an my experience
was not that great. I talked to a sales person on the phone to ask about the truck and to explain I needed as many details as possible and an honest

The sales guy was friendly and tried to be helpful but did not do his work thoroughly. He told on the phone the truck was in great shape, all detailed and ready to go. After a two hour drive I got to the dealership to find out the truck was not even detailed, there was actual dirt on the center console and dashboard. Also, it had a huge scratch, there were floor mats missing, the oil level was low, there was only one key fob, and there was no owners manual (Non of these things were mentioned by the sales guys before my arrival). After demanding for those things to be fixed and talking to a couple managers who treated me like I did not know what I was doing (and after irritating the xxxx out of me), they ended up providing a second key fob, a touch up paint kit, and a used mat. If you are trying to buy from Access Lincoln Ford, I would think twice or be very cautious.....not great service.
