Sherry was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Rafael and Sherry worked to get her to get my car the the price I was looking for. Rafael Also had an incredible story. Horrible I went in with a car horn working when my service was complete, car horn wasn't working. The service department is great. We were well cared for during vehicle service and experienced absolutely zero hassle. The service was completed promptly. Scheduling service was tedious having to call during business hours and being transferred multiple times before speaking with a service scheduler. There were a decent amount of appointment options for different days and times. The dealership as a whole, garbage. They conduct dishonest business dealings and support each other’s shady practices. I bought my vehicle in January 2022 and I still am just as upset and frustrated as I was 6 months ago. I emphatically and whole-heartedly regret buying my vehicle through this dealership. More
