Prior to getting into the auto business, I was a stay at home mom and a substitute teacher for 12+ years in West Bend, WI. 3 years ago, I came to Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac to look for a car for my daughter. The car that I came for on Friday, was sold on Saturday... (I went home to think about it).... It prompted me to say, "if cars sell this fast I'm in the wrong business", (just kidding of course, I loved my teaching job)... After numerous calls from management and my sales reprehensive Samantha, I joined the Heiser team! I love it! I pride myself on integrity, not being high pressure, you tell me what you need and want and I will make sure you find what you are looking for... I know you will not only be completely satisfied with me, but my whole Heiser team. I'm looking forward to working with you and welcoming you to our Heiser family!

We had a very pleasant car buying experience here. We found a car we were interested in on their website (via Car Gurus) and were able to make an appointment to see it and test drive it right away th We found a car we were interested in on their website (via Car Gurus) and were able to make an appointment to see it and test drive it right away the next day. We ended up meeting with Sherry Konek who was able to walk us through the entire process from start to finish without being pushy or obtrusive at all. One thing I may suggest to Sherry is to make the fact that Heiser includes lifetime roadside assistance with every car they sell a part of her opening salvo. I don't know about anyone else, but that's a pretty good selling point/benefit. Other than that, a very relaxed, non-stressful process at the end of which we got to drive off in our new Honda CR-V! Thanks Sherry! More

All 3 people I bought my '21 Vette from told me I could transfer my serving to Oconomowoc where I live which I did n they quoted me &180 so I said ok I'll get it free from my Heiser. I go and get my servi transfer my serving to Oconomowoc where I live which I did n they quoted me &180 so I said ok I'll get it free from my Heiser. I go and get my service done and get a bill for $293!!! Pissed. Not to mention my 4-5 hours at my billing rate of $1,000/hr!!! More
