The is a problem when you take your vehicle in for service. when a person says I think my lifters are bad and they say nope you are fine Then 2 weeks later your lifters are getting replaced. I learne service. when a person says I think my lifters are bad and they say nope you are fine Then 2 weeks later your lifters are getting replaced. I learned you need to see what the the service writer wrote down because it’s like playing the game of telephone. You can say what is the problem but the person doesn't hear a word you said. My son asked for all records and then met the mechanic. The mechanic can only look at what the service writer puts in. When I read what they typed in it is not what I said was my issue. When I’m told to take my vehicle to another dealer because we apparently do not make you happy, I was dumb founded. Sherry my sales lady moved heaven and earth to help me. She asked the mechanic to talk with us, I only have great things to say about her. This lease I’m am counting down the days to turn In my keys. I wanted out of it yet management didn’t care. More

I talked to Karissa once and she explained many reasons why my brand new car is taking almost 4 weeks to repair 2 small dents on roof. My salesman Ceasar has communicated with us often and apologized for d why my brand new car is taking almost 4 weeks to repair 2 small dents on roof. My salesman Ceasar has communicated with us often and apologized for delay many times, which was out of his control, he has been wonderful. Apart from Cesar, this has been a terrible experience buying this car at heiser. Time line picked up car 7-14 dropped iffy to be fixed ( dent found on day of pick up). Dropped off on 7- 24, told it would take a week, then delayed many times, tried to pick up on 8-18 but dirty inside from paint dust, picking up now on 8-19. Cesar offered us $100 gift card. But the stress is not worth dealing with your services again. 😕 Melody Grager More
