Took over a month to get something in my car fixed. My salesperson, Nicole, stopped responding to me and unable to get ahold of the managers, even after leaving multiple messages. I came in with some serious extenuating circumstances and made Nicole aware from the start. She was also honest with me. She said "I don't know if I can help but I'll try" and sure enough she did! We dealt with Nichole and we’re glad that she was our sales rep. Had some questions about coming from out of town and wether or not the deal would even be a doable one due to some unforeseen circumstance sales rep. Had some questions about coming from out of town and wether or not the deal would even be a doable one due to some unforeseen circumstances. She answered all of our questions very promptly and we ended up making a deal. We were very happy with the vehicle and our sales experience. Jayden was super helpful in the finance department. Have to say it was probably the most enjoyable truck buying we have ever done. More

Once you have placed your order, you will Never receive a call back no matter how many times you call. Plus, now you can't even talk to the dealership, it all goes to a call center out of this country. I am call back no matter how many times you call.
