Matthew was my service advisor when I brought my 2022 Ascent in for its 60,000 mile service. I made an appointment for 4:15 p.m. When I brought my car in and met Matthew, he told me the service was goi Ascent in for its 60,000 mile service. I made an appointment for 4:15 p.m. When I brought my car in and met Matthew, he told me the service was going to take about eight hours. I didn’t have a way home and he provided me a loaner vehicle. I told him I had several items for work to deliver the next day. He said no big deal, which I was most appreciative. I also mentioned I live 50 miles from the dealership and had to drive to Corsicana the next day. Again, no problem!! I can't say enough about everyone at 5 Star Subaru in Grapevine. From the initial visit with Hayden Knowles to each and every service visit, everyone has been outstanding!! Thank you!! More

From beginning to end, I was given off and on notice as to how the process of fixing my car was going! I like that I can make appointment show up and everything is done with in an hour. They also changed my battery in my key fob. I recently took my 2022 Outback to the Grapevine Subaru service department at 5star Subaru for some minor service. I made a sameday appointment online and was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. The service department at 5star Subaru for some minor service. I made a sameday appointment online and was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. They checked my car in quickly and gave me an accurate estimate of the time and cost. They also offered me a complimentary shuttle service to take me to my destination while they worked on my car. The service was done in less than an hour and they called me to let me know that my car was ready. They also washed and vacuumed my car for free. When I picked up my car, they explained what they did and showed me the invoice. They also gave me a coupon for my next service visit. I was very impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. My Outback runs smoothly and looks great. I am very satisfied with the Grapevine Subaru service department at 5star Subaru, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Subaru. They are the best in the business! More
