Five Star was actually a miss when I visited them interested in buying a car last year. However, multiple bad experiences with other dealers brought me back to them for service today and they knocked interested in buying a car last year. Initially was frustrated with service received but promptly received a call from manager who went above and beyond to take care my car. From beginning to end, I was given off and on notice as to how the process of fixing my car was going!
