I have bought 3 cars from RBM and I have to say this last experience was by far the best. They were all great but our salesperson Lori Mohr really worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted and kept me in th experience was by far the best. We selected RBM of Alpharetta as our dealer of choice in the purchase of a new 2024 GLE450--initiated by their professionalism and warmth--they wanted to find us our car of choice. While we had tentatively the purchase of a new 2024 GLE450--initiated by their professionalism and warmth--they wanted to find us our car of choice. While we had tentatively selected a similar car at another MB dealership we had used for decades, we wanted to just visit RBM of Alpharetta. From entering the showroom, we were greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. Sales Agents Lori Mohr and Kyle Edson were fantastic in product knowledge and understanding of our needs; the seemless teamwork and support among the entire staff was so professional and conveyed how teams should work! It was an amazing visit for us. Martin Hina was great and thorough in reviewing the car features. Overall, we were very impressed with Lori Mohr, Kyle Edson, Martin Hina and RBM! Glad we made that visit. More

10/10 best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I do not like "salesy" people and Lori Mohr was referred to me. She was exceptional! From the moment I met with her, I felt like she understood what I do not like "salesy" people and Lori Mohr was referred to me. She was exceptional! From the moment I met with her, I felt like she understood what my needs/wants were and she was able to find the best fit for me. Never once did I feel pressured or as if she was trying to sell me on something. Once she found the vehicle, Lisa in accounting made it a smooth process. The cherry on top was Reagan who walked me through how to use all of the fun features! These ladies truly gave me such an amazing experience and I could not be happier! I can't recommend Lori, Lisa, and Reagan at RBM of Alpharetta enough! More
