I arrived at approx 12:35 for a 1:00 appointment. It took at least 10 minutes to be signed in. At least 3 others came in after me and were signed in before I was. Not cool. At 2:46 I received a text informing me to respond to the text if I needed anything. I replied that I'd been here since about 12:45, my appointment was at 1:00 and asked how long it would take as it seemed excessive. Less than 5 minutes later my vehicle was miraculously ‘done’. Not really though. It was in for a recall notice and no one bothered to inform me that they would only verify that it needed repair and that it would take 7 days to order/receive the needed part. Wow. Inexcusable. I deliberately chose to come to this dealership because of the high rating. Mistake. More

Initial contact was good then everything went downhill from that point. Vehicle was brought in due to issues with the traction control system and check engine light on. First, parts were told that they don't make them anymore due to covid. Took several days to find. 2nd, communication was spotty at best due to the lack of communication as to when vehicle was completed or the difficulty that the technician was having installing part. 3rd I had to call after two weeks to find out if car was done, I had to talk to the service manager to get a straight answer and then while I was talking to him he was typing to the service advisor who was off asking him if the car was done. Neverless, I had been in there three time in the past eight months and service and customer service has been sliding downward. If I need to go back I'll choose another dealership. and my vehicle wasn't washed afterwards. More

This Dealership is tops in my book. Always has been since I bought my first new Ram 1500 truck here in 2020. I returned to purchase another new Ram 1500 2022. Still feel that this deale Always has been since I bought my first new Ram 1500 truck here in 2020. I returned to purchase another new Ram 1500 2022. Still feel that this dealership meets my needs. Kudos to this dealership for never raising their prices to ridiculous ranges. Recently inflation left them no choice but to increase across the board. I am glad the extra pinch is minimal enough to feel satisfied by me to pony up for great service and quality parts. I hope to get another new vehicle here soon. Thank you to all in the service department who work on my trucks for keeping them in great road worthy shape. More

I felt like I was just a number when I purchased my truck and that they were more worried about getting the sale and in to the next victim. My truck was very poorly detailed and still has soda spill stains i and that they were more worried about getting the sale and in to the next victim. My truck was very poorly detailed and still has soda spill stains in the interior. They never gave me my floor mats and I had to go back and ask for them. I had negotiated a bedliner into the deal and was told someone would call me in a week and never received a call and called back almost three weeks later. I only received 1 key at delivery and they told me they would get it when it came back in for the service and I reminded Jerry my sales person when I made the appointment and had to tell him again on the day I brought the vehicle in to do it or it would’ve been forgotten. I also received the vehicle with 12% left for my oil change on delivery and had to complain about that. They did do the oil change at the time that I got the bedliner installed but they never reset the oil change light when I picked the vehicle up from service. Also they told me they would detail the vehicle and what I received was a subpar car wash. They ran the windshield wiper to clear off the water on the windshield so there were watermarks left from that. They wiped my rear window off with what appeared to be a dirty rag because the rear window was all streaks. I had another appointment so I couldn’t go back right away but I text Kyle the service advisor and he never responded back to me. I had my son and a friend that were looking to purchase a vehicle and I told them my issues and they went to a different dealer so because of the bad experience I had you lost out on a couple sales. I decided to stay local so I didn’t have to travel for my service and may have made a bad choice. More
