Told them up front that I wanted to know if the air filter was dirty and I would have them replace it. But no one ever kept me posted. Waited over two hours for an oil change and then when I finally A filter was dirty and I would have them replace it. But no one ever kept me posted. Waited over two hours for an oil change and then when I finally Asked, they said oh yeah your truck is ready and I have all these recommendations. I would have had them do them all at the time and now I have to go back. Told the person I was checking out with that I didn’t want that service advisor again. Not very good. More

I would have always given this dealership five stars, however, yesterday I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I had brand new tires with less than 20 mi on them and they told me I needed a four-whee however, yesterday I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I had brand new tires with less than 20 mi on them and they told me I needed a four-wheel alignment that's a tires have shown serious ware. Also, my vehicle has a secondary battery that they said needed to be replaced and the price was absolutely ridiculous. I doubt very much I'll be going back to this dealership. Be very careful of manufacturers warranties, I just learned that they are not from when you purchase the vehicle but they are from the date the dealership receives the vehicle, so, if it has been sitting on the dealer's lot for several months you have lost several months of your manufacturers warranty. More

Non responsive to my needs and could not get a strait answer on what exactly was wrong or when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. I had to call to find out my vehicle would be ready in about 30 minut answer on what exactly was wrong or when I would be able to pick up my vehicle. I had to call to find out my vehicle would be ready in about 30 minutes and they would send a car to pick me up. Had to call them back the next day to find out what happened. Scheduled to pick it up after work that day. Called to have pick up and Tom said he would send a car but I would not be able to leave with my vehicle due to them closing. I asked for a manager and Tom said there was not a manager on duty. I then asked for the general manager. I was transferred to Mickey. I explained to him how poorly I was treated by the experience and how I was disrespected by Tom. He immediately apologized for what happened and sent a driver to pick me up. I was able to get my vehicle, he apologized again and said thank you. I told Mickey that if the dealership was going to be able to keep my business, it would be due to him and his efforts to get me back in my vehicle. I am still waiting for a call from someone to see if I am important enough as a customer to make an effort to keep my business. More
