Once again I took my Jeep JLUR 392 to LHM and to Service Advisor Thomas Stream (TJ) and couldn't be happier. The visit was for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, and to also check on the rea Advisor Thomas Stream (TJ) and couldn't be happier. The visit was for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, and to also check on the rear lockers as the warning light was on. As I arrived, they greeted me, and took the vehicle in right away. The troubleshooting took longer than expected and TJ asked if they could keep the vehicle overnight which I was expecting. TJ explained in detail what the symptoms were and what had been done thus far. They offered an Uber ride to take me home since I had opted to wait at the dealer to drool over the TRXs they have. The following morning TJ called me early to tell me the Jeep was ready for pickup, and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership. Upon arrival, they had everything ready for me and the transaction was quick. They explained in detail once again what work had been performed, and got me on my way swiftly. I am not one to trust many places with my vehicles, but I feel in great hands taking my vehicle to LHM! More

Great Service. I came in for an oil change and the multipoint inspection recommended that the tires were low. Got a great deal on the tires. We had excellent service on our Jeep Cherokee. Everyone was very professional and communication was clear as to what our Jeep needed in the way of repair. The only thing I was disappointed in was how filthy the dashboard was left on the passenger side. They replaced the cabin filter but left the dash covered in dirt and greasy fingerprints. A real mess! I had to wash it off with a cloth and cleaner. I know this seems picky but it was pretty bad. I think the guys got in a hurry! I hope everything else was not rushed… but we will come back. Nice customer service! More
