We had excellent service on our Jeep Cherokee. Everyone was very professional and communication was clear as to what our Jeep needed in the way of repair. The only thing I was disappointed in was Everyone was very professional and communication was clear as to what our Jeep needed in the way of repair. The only thing I was disappointed in was how filthy the dashboard was left on the passenger side. They replaced the cabin filter but left the dash covered in dirt and greasy fingerprints. A real mess! I had to wash it off with a cloth and cleaner. I know this seems picky but it was pretty bad. I think the guys got in a hurry! I hope everything else was not rushed… but we will come back. Nice customer service! More

The communication sucks! After waiting four hours for my oil change I decided to go to the attended and ask about the progress of my truck. He tells me “sorry its been done and I called you.” I didn’t receive a phone call. I was in the lobby the whole time. No one came to get me. I would have know my truck was done two hours prior had I gotten a response after texting back the message from you guys saying “if there is anything that you need while your here please feel free to message back.” Also I would have know my truck was done if the real time process link had been updated. I was checking that every ten minutes after the first two hours. Also after checking if the attend had really called me. I find out he did but it was from a number with a caller id that read “Northern Trust” (623-537-5071) so maybe you can understand why I chose to ignore the call. Cause of this I had to cancel on a client that I had on an appointment with. The communication sucks! Hope this gets addressed. More

The service advisor was able to get my vehicle in for the oil change and out at a decent time. He went above and beyond to make sure my time was valuable and understood that I needed to get to work at a cert oil change and out at a decent time.
