Craig Finkey a salesman at Larry H Miller in Surprise is PHENOMENAL!!! 5 stars all day long!!! He goes above and beyond for all his customers!! My wife and I have both bought vehicles from him personally an PHENOMENAL!!! 5 stars all day long!!! He goes above and beyond for all his customers!! My wife and I have both bought vehicles from him personally and will continue to buy every vehicle from him. He is straight forward and doesn't xx. He isn't your typical salesman. He wants you to love your car and if it doesn't make "cents" he doesn't pressure you to do it. "It's just dollars and cents and if it doesn't make sense no worries" is what you will hear. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a new vehicle. More

This place is a joke. My husband and I went there February 17th and bought a new Charger. We traded in an older Charger. All paperwork was completed that day and we were t My husband and I went there February 17th and bought a new Charger. We traded in an older Charger. All paperwork was completed that day and we were told the trade in would be paid off. On March 11th the car was still not paid off with our credit union and we still had no information on the new loan. My husband went to the dealership and was told "oh we messed up the paperwork and it was rejected. We haven't even sent anything to the DMV yet. Then the finance guy said you and your wife will need to come in again to redo the paperwork. Later that same day got a call nope we are good we took care of it no need to come back. Two days later we get a call we overnighted a check to the credit union to pay off the car. It is now March 19th the car hasn't been paid off we now owe a payment on the old car and the new car. No plates from the DMV and NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK OR TAKE OUR CALLS!! BEWARE RUN! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Take your business somewhere else!!! I have always bought my cars from Bill Luke on Camelback and NEVER had an issue I will go back to Bill Luke because Larry H Miller is a joke. I will never send business to this dealership! More

I felt like I was just a number when I purchased my truck and that they were more worried about getting the sale and in to the next victim. My truck was very poorly detailed and still has soda spill stains i and that they were more worried about getting the sale and in to the next victim. My truck was very poorly detailed and still has soda spill stains in the interior. They never gave me my floor mats and I had to go back and ask for them. I had negotiated a bedliner into the deal and was told someone would call me in a week and never received a call and called back almost three weeks later. I only received 1 key at delivery and they told me they would get it when it came back in for the service and I reminded Jerry my sales person when I made the appointment and had to tell him again on the day I brought the vehicle in to do it or it would’ve been forgotten. I also received the vehicle with 12% left for my oil change on delivery and had to complain about that. They did do the oil change at the time that I got the bedliner installed but they never reset the oil change light when I picked the vehicle up from service. Also they told me they would detail the vehicle and what I received was a subpar car wash. They ran the windshield wiper to clear off the water on the windshield so there were watermarks left from that. They wiped my rear window off with what appeared to be a dirty rag because the rear window was all streaks. I had another appointment so I couldn’t go back right away but I text Kyle the service advisor and he never responded back to me. I had my son and a friend that were looking to purchase a vehicle and I told them my issues and they went to a different dealer so because of the bad experience I had you lost out on a couple sales. I decided to stay local so I didn’t have to travel for my service and may have made a bad choice. More
