I was given a regular oil change instead of a full synthetic oil change as requested. I was not given a comprehensive report of what was checked on my vehicle. When I came in, everyone seemed confused and frantic about who I was supposed to be speaking with. Then after I was seen, I was told that everything would be completed in 2 hours. Long story short I was about who I was supposed to be speaking with. Then after I was seen, I was told that everything would be completed in 2 hours. Long story short I was waiting for a little more than 3.5 hours. Everytime I went for an update I was never given an answer and never received an apology for how long everything took. More

Juan Vasquez made sure that the part came in and had my car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as reques car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as requested, and with a courtesy wash and vacuum to boot. Yes, this was a very positive experience. Thank you Big Star Hyundai for retaining employees who care and provide the expertise necessary to run and maintain the fine vehicles you sell. The service department is sure to always make sure you know what is needed to keep you Hyundai running in top shape. The service department is nice, clean, and quite comfortable.
