We purchased our 2024 Santa Cruz because of both Nick & Brandon. Their was no pressure from either of these fine young men & they answered all of our questions with great respect & understanding for the f Brandon. Their was no pressure from either of these fine young men & they answered all of our questions with great respect & understanding for the fact that, at our age, we are most definitely not tech savvy. While waiting for the long process of seeing a finance person, both men kept checking in with us,which we appreciated greatly!!! It might be a good idea to have these two young men teach others how to treat your older customers!!! More

The service department is sure to always make sure you know what is needed to keep you Hyundai running in top shape. The service department is nice, clean, and quite comfortable. 3-30-2023 Big Star Hyundai--After I made an on-line inquiry about their in stock 2023 Santa Hybrid, limited I was contacted by Sales Manager, Brandon. He was very pleasant and after a good discussion o inquiry about their in stock 2023 Santa Hybrid, limited I was contacted by Sales Manager, Brandon. He was very pleasant and after a good discussion offered to email a cash quote to me. He did not send a quote and over days and did not return my calls. When he finally took my call he said he had been busy but would send it now, but again did not. Brandon told me they prefer customers that take out Hyundai loans because Hyundai will automatically replace the sold vehicle. Bottom line, they make money on Hyundai's loan incentive and on the loan itself. On cash deals the dealership has to purchase the replacement car. In my opinion, they don't like cash deals because it exposes just how much they are marking up the car over MSRP. It's much easier to hide profits in a loan purchase. I understand negotiating and not agreeing on a price but I was blown off, plain and simple. I rate Sales Manager Brandon a one star just because he is nice when he tell customers what they want to hear without intentions of following through. Some people would call it lying. . More
