I love their dealership they get you in they get you options. They tell you off top which you’re eligible for. I bought a car and Big Star Hyundai added in a after market service plan even after I asked them to remove it. I returned the two business days latter after I was reviewing my paper work and fond that i market service plan even after I asked them to remove it. I returned the two business days latter after I was reviewing my paper work and fond that it was indeed added. I asked if it could be removed and was told no. I asked to speck with the manager. Was told no and he would get in touch with me. They did not. I have reached out by phone and email and they still will not get back with me. I did not want the after market service addons and would not have bought the car if I was aware they were being added. More

Buying a car is a terrible experience! !! Salespeople do not listen to the customer; they keep pushing for more add-ons to drive up the price. We visited at least three other Hyundai deal !! Salespeople do not listen to the customer; they keep pushing for more add-ons to drive up the price. We visited at least three other Hyundai dealerships and as expected we received the xxxxty treatment. We came to Big Star because we bought our current vehicle, a brand new 2012 Veracruz, from here when it was Carter's Hyundai and we wanted a new vehicle since the Veracruz just passed 200,000 miles. At Big Star, James Teng listen to us and want we wanted. He initially arrived at a number that was higher than what we wanted but in further discussions came around to a number we both agreed on. His manager on the other hand push for higher amount and arrived at a number slightly higher than we wanted. We took it but this was not James fault. James worked well with us and I appreciate his candor and enthusiasm. More
