I waited over 4 hours just to get an oil change. I was told I would get an update but that it would be around two hours and didn’t hear anything until I went to ask after 3 hours. Every dealing I have had with Alex has always been exceptional. He really goes out of his way to be helpful both during & after purchasing a car. Juan Vasquez made sure that the part came in and had my car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as reques car serviced same day. I appreciate the job completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was wonderful. My car was serviced, part replaced as requested, and with a courtesy wash and vacuum to boot. Yes, this was a very positive experience. Thank you Big Star Hyundai for retaining employees who care and provide the expertise necessary to run and maintain the fine vehicles you sell.
