Very nice service area, snacks and drinks provided which is thoughtful, exceptionally clean, there was a sweet lady restocking the break area and wiping everything down, all with a smile! Our only complaint is thoughtful, exceptionally clean, there was a sweet lady restocking the break area and wiping everything down, all with a smile! Our only complaint is it took them 4 hours to fix our car, our appt was at 10:00, we arrived before 9:30, I finally asked why it was taking so long after 3 hours and finally was brought back to us after 4 hours, all for a hole in the compressor. It sat outside for 1.5-2.00 hours before they ever brought it inside to work on. I think they were super slammed today but the issue we had was, we still had a 6 hour drive to return home and no one seemed to be in much of a hurry. Just disappointed to have to wait that long, but all the employees were very kind. More
