Ron gave me some great options and followed through on what he offered. Once the decision was made, Ron made the whole purchase process as painless as possible and anticipated most of my questions before I had a chance to ask. He never made me feel pressured during the process. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Five Star Subaru of Grapevine through Ron and should we need to get another one, Ron would be my first call. More
