A true VIP experience! Carlos DeJesus, Johnathan Weidner and Jacob McNeely went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the best deal on my new Santa Fe Calligraphy. Carlos DeJesus, Johnathan Weidner and Jacob McNeely went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the best deal on my new Santa Fe Calligraphy. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and provided suggestions and guidance, but was never pushy. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. Ivan Murillo took care of my financing. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Overall I am extremely impressed with the level of service, knowledge and professionalism of everyone I interacted with. An unfortunate experience at Universal Hyundai of Orlando Regardless of the current lack of inventory, selling a scratched-up car, like new, is unacceptable. The seller Jennifer, very kind indeed, claims that she had no knowledge of this. It is hard to believe that an apparently "Brand New" car comes directly from the manufacturer with places, where someone obviously sands it to solve a problem. It is difficult to detect something like this, when you go to buy a car at a dealer, trusting that you are buying a Brand New car and not knowing where to look. Whether whoever was selling it was aware of this or not, that's not my problem as a customer. I paid for a new car and by the way 5000 dollars above its real price. Before writing this review, I gave the seller the opportunity to solve the problem, according to her, she did everything possible to help, she spoke with the service manager, who according to her, agreed that he would call me, however, nobody called me to solve the problem, after having sold a car in these conditions, words are not enough, you have to follow up, mainly from where the problem was created, which was in the sale, until the solution is found same. They cannot pass on to me the problem that they created by selling a car that was not in optimal conditions to catalog it Brand New, so that I call the service manager or whoever, to solve the problem, I am the client and I paid, they are the ones who have to worry and take care of solving it, who were the ones who created the problem. Therefore my warning, if you do not want to go to a dealer with a magnifying glass to check the car from start to finish, do not go to this dealer. More
