THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! If I could rate less than one star I would. unprofessional, horrible, insinscere, careless and disrespectful. I will make sure everyone knows this is the worst customer service. Poor car manufacturing, and no one will take responsibility to help with a solution. . Awful. No one returns calls, was treated horribly by the "manager" Andrew. left multiple messages for the director of service dept- John and get no response. A formal complaint with hyaduandi corporate was placed. It's a shame that these are the people that are running this establishment. Absolutely by far the WORST expereicne since I drove off the lot with my brand new 2017. More

Good service! Took the car in for repair of malfunctioning turn signal on our Genesis. Second time in four months for same problem. Service people worked diligently Took the car in for repair of malfunctioning turn signal on our Genesis. Second time in four months for same problem. Service people worked diligently to go beyond first fix to try and provide a permanent fix. They changed the oil too and did not try to up service us. Except for how long it took it was a really good experience. Not sure if they usually wash the car after servicing but they did not do ours. More
