Good: Appointment not needed. Clear communication at intake. Problem fixed & explained. Fair comfort waiting. Video was informative. Not Good: Price & waiting time could/should have been much less: Unnecessary diagnostic time & over-broad inspection. Should have been a quicker cheaper fix. (l had a good idea what was the problem: blown fuse; that should have been the first & only thing looked at.) Thanks however for the service. More

You find things that are not broken. Claim to do things you never did, filled washer fluid, mine filled the day before, then said you topped it, was filled to brim and I never used it. Spend time on a video, should use that time to get the car done quicker. Now I know why smart people don’t take their cars to dealers. More

Joanne made my experience feel as though it belonged in a Subaru commercial! From start to finish, it was an incredible experience!!! When I first entered the service center Joanne was extremely welcoming to Subaru commercial! From start to finish, it was an incredible experience!!! When I first entered the service center Joanne was extremely welcoming to not only myself but my little one Riley, she informed me of what services I should consider looking into for the upcoming mileage check points which was extremely helpful. She guided me through any questions or help that was needed in a resourceful yet timely manner. Throughout the time of me listening to her, while also multitasking a rambunctious little one, she smiled and showed nothing but patience the entire time. She made us feel at home while we waited for our services to be complete in the lobby. Joanne sent a referral text where I could contact her at any point of time and I also received a video of all my important messages from my technician, Kasey. Riley had the best time in the lobby, pointing out all the cool Subie merchandise, the fun-filled play area and all the Subie pups found throughout the waiting area! Joanne even surprised Riley with her very own Subie pup (and now wherever we go in the Subaru, the pup goes too!) When the oil change was complete, she kindly called us up to the desk to check out. She reviewed the services that had been completed and left notes for services that will help maintain a healthy life of the vehicle. While cashing out Riley was ready to leave and take her routine nap. To me it felt as though tiny toddler mayhem was starting to erupt. Riley successfully ran behind the checkout line, and Joanne kindly took time to engage with Riley while I did my best to cash out. At that moment it seemed like one thing kept happening after the next, my card and banking information locked up completely and I was struggling to fix the issue over a phone call. Joanne helped me during a time where I felt so overwhelmed and helpless. She took care of my oil service which was extremely generous and probably one of the nicest things someone has ever done for me!! I couldn’t help but cry because her compassion was truly flooring. I was having such a difficult time that day but she honestly made my whole day, week and gave me one of the best ways I could ever start the year. I just wish I could do the same for Joanne in return!!!! She made my experience at Subaru absolutely amazing and I thank her for the true compassion and love that she had given me and Riley during our visit!! Sometimes we need little reminders things that things are going to be okay and to keep looking forward. She helped me in more than just one way, and for that I’m so thankful!!! More
