Nice people but very unorganized. Went in for a recall part. Said on the recall letter it would take roughly an hour. Made a 9:00 appt. 2 hrs later still not started..2/1/2hrs later they finished. Said part. Said on the recall letter it would take roughly an hour. Made a 9:00 appt. 2 hrs later still not started..2/1/2hrs later they finished. Said they lost the paper wrk in the system...? Not that many cars there so I couldn’t figure out that reasoning/excuse. Even though I had a 9:00 appt didnt mean they would work on it at 9.... it was just a time slot. Why make an appointment if it means nothing????? More

Transmission slipping. Diagnostics determined transmission trash. Called corporate, no help; Car has 150,000 miles. Warranty only good up to 100,000. All the services I let you perform on my Suba transmission trash. Called corporate, no help; Car has 150,000 miles. Warranty only good up to 100,000. All the services I let you perform on my Subaru Legacy and you guys kick me to the curb. Of course if I give $8,000 you will put in a new transmission . xxxxxxxx CVT!! More
