We purchased a new 2019 Outback from this dealership three years ago. Since that time our experience has been mostly positive. Service personnel have been knowledgeable and helpful. Our only less than p three years ago. Since that time our experience has been mostly positive. Service personnel have been knowledgeable and helpful. Our only less than positive experience was when we made an appointment specifically to have our brake pads replaced, only to get there and find out that they were out of brake pads. We were inconvenienced by having to take time out of our busy schedule to return a second time to have this work performed. More

We decided to purchase a 2020 Subaru Ascent from Tom Wood Subaru after we experienced a total loss of our 2015 Honda CR-V. Friendly and Caring Salesman Dan was able to help me purchase a brand new WRX STI three years ago, and he made that process as stress free as possible. He was not pushy at all, but was very helpful and respectful of my wife and I during the purchase process. Since that time, we have test driven a few other Subarus at dealer events, as well as visiting for the bi-annual enthusiast meets.
