I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service and customer care I received from Sam Pack Five Star Subaru located in Grapevine Texas. I recently had a warranty claim for my the excellent service and customer care I received from Sam Pack Five Star Subaru located in Grapevine Texas. I recently had a warranty claim for my 2023 Subaru Outback, which had a faulty battery . I was very impressed by how quickly and smoothly the dealer handled the claim process, and how they provided me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. They also kept me updated on the status of the repair and notified me when it was completed. I was very happy to receive my car back in perfect condition, and with a complimentary wash and vacuum. I would like to recognize the members of the team that have exceeded my expectations and earned my loyalty as a customer. When I dropped off the car my wife and I were greeted by Lauren Cano. Lauren had great customer service skills as she and my wife chatted while I was talking with Jason Womack(Service Director). Jason had a loan car waiting for us and told me that Michael Ohanesian would be handling our R.O. Please recognize : Lauren Cano Jason Womack Michael Ohanesian They were absolutely the dream team in the service department. Their efficiency allowed us to get our car back way ahead of the time we were expecting it to take. I will definitely recommend Five Star Subaru to my friends and family. More

Exceptional experience as usual! I’ve been a happy Subaru customer since 2019 and don’t have any plans to ever take my business somewhere else.
