My 2021 grand Cherokee L outlander continues to come in for service issues. You never have a loaner vehicle for me and you’re never able to get my car fixed. Whether you’re “inquiring with engineering”, or for service issues. You never have a loaner vehicle for me and you’re never able to get my car fixed. Whether you’re “inquiring with engineering”, ordering a part, waiting a month for said part to come in, ALWAYS calling back to say this or that still isn’t working…no loaner vehicle available. NO ONE CARES. One rep comically told me one of my issues was user error, on 2 separate visits. On the 3rd visit someone decided to look into it and found corrosion in the wiring harness…’funny’ right? This was an issue that could have caused serious danger. I have purchased two vehicles at your dealership in the last 2 years, a total of 5 over 10 years. No more. More
