Even though I had to bring my car in 4 times for the same problem and for about 4 weeks, Kelley the service advisor, and the shop Forman were remained in communication with me throughout the process. I felt problem and for about 4 weeks, Kelley the service advisor, and the shop Forman were remained in communication with me throughout the process. I felt the shop Forman and technician did everything they could to identify the problem and fix it. There were some communication issues between the service advisor and the technician because the story of how the problem presented itself was not initially given to the tech or the shop foreman. Which could have resulted in less time trying to diagnose the problem. More

Communication with your service department is horrendous. They do not return calls or check messages. I had to continually chase them for answers/updates. On two of the five times I had my vehicle in for ser They do not return calls or check messages. I had to continually chase them for answers/updates. On two of the five times I had my vehicle in for service items were missing when I picked it up. I’m having a continual problem which your technicians can’t seem to remedy. When they called corporate engineers they were told “that’s how that model is” which I know is false because it didn’t do this when I bought it. Your service advisors advise to me upon pickup was “I guess a class action lawsuit is what you can do”. Unbelievable! Understand this review is about service, I did not purchase a car from your business. I’ve had multiple service visits to your dealer over the years and I always came away annoyed. I will not be using your business again or recommend you to anyone. More
