They always do a nice job with our Jeep. The service desk is always friendly and helpful. I only have one little criticism & it would be nice if I didn’t have to remember to request a car wash, that it could is always friendly and helpful. Thought I had an appointment scheduled through website virtual chat, only to find they didn't a record of it when I got there. I did not get an update, so I called late in the afternoon only to find out t virtual chat, only to find they didn't a record of it when I got there. I did not get an update, so I called late in the afternoon only to find out they were keeping my van overnight...something you should tell someone at checkin or call to discuss! Van was finished late in the day the next day, but an emergency came up that day and it would have been much better if we'd have had our van back. More

Very nice and efficient service team! Dwayne was understanding of me trying to explain what was wrong with my truck and got me their master tech to go on a test drive. Gregg knew exactly what the pr understanding of me trying to explain what was wrong with my truck and got me their master tech to go on a test drive. Gregg knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it within an hour or so! So glad I picked the location closer to my home even though I didn’t buy the truck there, they were really accommodating.
