The service department is top notch from the service writers through checkout, I am never surprised by anything like unexpected cost only faster than promised completion! Jeep Service Agent Dwayne Bridgett is the rudest customer service agent I have encountered. He told me my car was not safe to drive, but yet released the car to me (illegal if true), and ghosted when my fian service agent I have encountered. He told me my car was not safe to drive, but yet released the car to me (illegal if true), and ghosted when my fiancé called 5 times to get the name of the part that was dangerous. No one else in the Jeep shop could answer my fiancé’s question either. Sounds like malpractice. No return call has been received from Dwayne. He was so rude throughout I was in shock. He said an animal ate my air filter after my car was driven straight from another reputable mechanic’s shop, where my car was checked. Dwane claimed he replaced my air filter, but didn’t put the air filter replacement on the Jeep invoice. Mysteriously. I don’t believe a thing he says. Ick, avoid at all costs. More

I had a problem with this dealership in the past, but then I made a complaint and honestly never had an issue again. I can tell management corrected the issue. The service manager is amazing. So patient and helpful! I trust that they wont try and do anything unnecessary. Saved me money and time on multiple occasions. The team was professional. Fantastic service as usual. We had an oil change performed. We were pleasantly surprised with the tire rotation and washing of vehicle. We wash our wrangler but after service it was sparkling!!
