5 hours to buy a car! Imagine having the VIN number and exact price of a car, and still taking 5 hours to buy the car, at the price asked by the dealership! Every step of the process required negotiation, at times the dealership did not reveal extra costs. Individual members of the staff were pleasant, but overall the experience was not one which I would recommend to anyone. More

Very pleased with the vehicle however my experience with purchase itself less so. I asked for the ‘No Payments for 90 Days’ however when the contract was created they did not apply it. Granted I signed the purchase itself less so. I asked for the ‘No Payments for 90 Days’ however when the contract was created they did not apply it. Granted I signed the documents where it provided the first payment information, I didn’t think it was something I would have to call attention to and with all the signatures required with financing, I easily overlooked it. Also, despite being listed as coming with the purchase, I didn’t realize until I was halfway home (25 miles) did I realize the fuel tank was a quarter full. I left messages with the Sales office on both issues, no response. More

disappointed I purchased a 2019 Rav 4 Aventura and I found that it did not have an owners Manual in it. I went back and was told that they did not have one. I had I purchased a 2019 Rav 4 Aventura and I found that it did not have an owners Manual in it. I went back and was told that they did not have one. I had to contact Totota Headquearters to get results. Also when I picked up my license plates , I was handed the plates and no assistance in putting them on. I took them home and put them on myself. Also I when I took my vehicle to a garage that does inspection, I was informed that I was supposed to get a 5 year dealer inspection sticker. When I called I was told that being this was a used car (3500 miles) I was not entitled to one. When I check the NJDMV web site, it stated that any vehicle purchased at a dealer that is less than 5 years old IS entitled to a 5 year dealer inspection sticker. So it could have saved 0ver $190.00 in inspection fees. I am a previous Toyota owner and I purchased that Toyota at Hackensack and had it serviced there for 8 years and never had a problem--now I will stay away. More
