Wanted to trade in an older Toyota Corolla and buy the Highlander. My wife and I came in today, 10/5, around 10:30 AM and were met with Jose. No, we sit down and negotiate" and then he walked away. His behavior was one of "I don't care". Going to another dealership! Now I get an email asking if they have resolved the issue. Are you kidding? No they did not. More
