Purchase process itself was easy and painless, no complaints there. Melissa the salesperson was great to work with. However, a week after having the vehicle I noticed a small crack in passenger windo complaints there. Melissa the salesperson was great to work with. However, a week after having the vehicle I noticed a small crack in passenger window. I am sure it was delivered like that but since it took me time to notice, no way to prove it. Contacted the dealership but nothing they can do and I'm out $750 to have it repaired. Poor experience and will go elsewhere for service and future purchases. More

The ability to get the car you want is great, they offer flexibilty to work with you; however, I didn't like the fact that they try to attach you by signing the forms prior to get the plans, prices and/or h flexibilty to work with you; however, I didn't like the fact that they try to attach you by signing the forms prior to get the plans, prices and/or how the breakdown will be. They also charge more expesive the fees, processing, custom color, compare to other dealerships. If you come to here, please open your eyes and make sure you're not paying more than the prices discussed. More
