Service Dept was thorough and did the routine oil change and tire rotation. Thy came and talked to me about red for 100,000 mile v checkup. Parts need to be ordered. The service assistant who called to tell me what was wrong with my car, was not knowledgable about my account. He told me I needed a new radiator and that it would cost $1,400 to$1,600. I was stunned- wrong with my car, was not knowledgable about my account. He told me I needed a new radiator and that it would cost $1,400 to$1,600. I was stunned- he had not checked about any warranty or the mileage on my vehicle. I have an extended warranty with a $50 copay on covered parts & labor. I hope there is more training for your staff in this area. More
